27 November, Esther Shalev-Gertz 6-8 pm Open lecture in English. Esther Shalev-Gerz 6-8 pm in English Artist presentation. Esther Shalev-Gerz is an international artist based in Paris. She works within the field of socially engaged and site-specific artpractice, the lecture is given in collaboration with HDK www.shalev-gerz.net

SQUID – an ever-expanding online archive with texts written by practitioners in the cultural field The lecture at Bezdomny takes as its point of departure the collaborative project SQUID. We will talk about what we have come to call parallel knowledge and different approaches to text and writing in contemporary art, as well as present the project SQUID and the ideas behind it.
